Overview

DELI MANAGER — FULL TIME HOURS + COMPETITIVE BENEFIT PACKAGE

• Lead deli operations to ensure customers have an enjoyable shopping experience during their visit and meal ordering.
• Ensure all vendor deliveries are accurate and meet our quality standards.
• Oversee a small team of associates through mentorship, delegation, and internal development.
• Maintain detail orientation and appreciation for routines to be successful in this role.
• Provide leadership, coaching, safety of teammates, and clear communication to keep shifts productive and engaging.
• Must be at least 18 years old, and be able to stand, bend, and reach with occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
• Communicate and build relationships with customers; learning their names and favorite items to personalize service.
• Assist customers for special occasions with a seamless experience offering pre-made dinners, fresh broasted or fried chicken, and fresh deli items.
