As our Sales Manager
, you’ll be the face of the store and the engine behind its success. • Lead, coach, and inspire a small‑but‑mighty sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service
• Create a warm, welcoming, VIP‑level experience for every customer who walks through our door
• Drive sales through styling, upselling, and developing local relationships
• Oversee day‑to‑day floor operations, merchandising, and staff scheduling
• Set and track performance goals, to identify opportunities for growth
• Partner with ownership on promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies
• Stay on top of current fashion trends, resale value, and designer inventory
• Handle occasional consignor inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales is not required but super helpful (luxury or boutique experience strongly preferred)
• Leadership and coaching experience
• Passion for fashion and sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Confidence using POS systems and basic tech tools
• High standards and impeccable taste
