• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, building product displays that entice engagement, and stocking shelves.
• Assist with deli responsibilities and handle cash and credit payments.
• Exercise basic math skills and be able to safely sell alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.
• Stand, bend, and reach; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate clearly and build connections with peers.
• Be flexible to accommodate changing business needs.
• Be at least 18 years old and ready to grow with the company if desired.
