Location: Honor
Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling, up to and including termination.;
Open and close the store, personally opening at least two times per week and closing at least two times per week.;
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends, manage inventory planning, in-stock targets, and shrink.;
Ensure merchandise is presented per established standards and maintain inventory accuracy, cash handling, and store security.
