Retail Sales Associate

• Provide excellent customer service: greet visitors, answer phones, assess needs.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries.
• Build relationships and suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge and be the expert.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist all retail functions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Travel within a 15‑mile radius for shift coverage.
• Open, close, and operate the store: cash handling, inventory, deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and work area.
• Build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable.
• Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned.
• Open and close the store, lock doors, set the alarm.
• Work shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
