Join the Legacy: St. Julian, Michigan's esteemed and largest winery, invites you to embark on a journey as a Wine Consultant/Key Holder at our Dundee Tasting Room. We seek a dedicated individual whose passion for wine matches their commitment to excellence in customer service.
Elevate Your Earnings: Our Wine Consultants, including Key Holders, typically earn between $16 and $28 per hour, including tips.
Part-Time, Full Rewards: This position offers flexibility with part-time hours (up to 29 hours per week), predominantly on weekends.
Your Role- Lead educational wine tastings
- Manage inventory and stocking
- Support wine-centric events
- Foster customer relationships through exemplary service
- Curate merchandise displays
- Enrich guest experiences with engaging wine knowledge
- Execute opening/closing procedures and nightly deposits
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities
- Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Access)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and energy to drive business growth
- Superior Sales skills
- Hospitality and customer service expertise
