Job Summary: Store Support Associates at The Home Depot play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by performing essential non-sales functions that support daily store operations. These positions contribute directly to customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment, administrative support, lot assistance, and customer service. Associates may interact with customers, vendors, and carriers while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Store Support Associates work collaboratively with store leadership and fellow associates, demonstrating integrity, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills while supporting store-specific business objectives.

• Ensure a positive and efficient customer order fulfillment experience

• Assist customers in the store, service desk, or lot
  , including loading merchandise and directing customers to departments or products.
• Answer customer questions related to order status, deliveries, returns, and general store inquiries.
• Perform administrative and cash management tasks

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including the lot and back-of-house spaces.
