Overview
Dunham’s Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham’s Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 240 stores in more than 20 Midwest states from Maryland to Nebraska.
We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills, and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service. This is a fun, fast‑paced work environment with a variety of day‑to‑day store operations.

Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store. Leading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service, managing store opening and closing responsibilities, and driving sales through customer and report analysis.
QualificationsMust have 5 years of retail management experience.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as interpersonal and communication abilities, problem‑solving ability, and analytical skills. Enthusiasm and initiative are key. Ability to provide customers a high level of service, train and motivate staff, and build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
