Assistant Store Manager

• Coaching and inspiring the store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Performing the majority of store work, including customer service, processing cash and credit transactions, and responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.
• Maintaining open availability on different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while working in the store.
• Ensuring reliable transportation and current auto insurance for leadership responsibilities.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college credits or work experience are helpful.
• At least one year of related retail experience.
• Demonstrated interactive leadership style and engaging customer service skills.
• Minimum age 18 years.
