Position based out of Lewiston, Michigan.

• Ensure vendor deliveries are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Oversee a small team of associates through mentorship, delegation, and internal development.
• Maintain daily operations, safety, and clear communication to ensure productive and fun shifts.
• Provide a personalized shopping experience for customers, learning their names and preferences.
• Offer seamless order experience for pre‑made dinners, fried chicken, fresh deli items.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment, and comply with OSHA guidelines.

• At least 18 years old and able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail oriented, appreciation for routines, and leadership qualities.
