• Lead coaching and inspiration for the store team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Develop strong team members and identify future leaders.
• Perform primary store duties, including customer service, cash and credit transactions, and responsible sale of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products.
• Maintain open availability on varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits and work experience are helpful but not required.
• At least one year of related retail experience.
• Interactive leadership style coupled with engaging customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required for leadership duties.
