As a Retail Fixture / Installation Crew member with American Greetings, you’ll assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations. You’ll be a vital part of our company’s purpose:

- The starting pay is $16.20 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (rates subject to change based on work location).
- After 6 months: $17.10 per hour.
- After 1 year: $18.00 per hour.
- Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle
- Hotel and per diem for overnight travel

Based out of Lake Orion, MI.
HoursThe weekly average hours are 15 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 20 hours per week around holidays.
Primary Responsibilities- Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays
- Collaborate with team members and store associates
- Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams
- Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials for display resets
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Proficiency with basic hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills)
- Occasional overnight travel may be required; hours vary based on business needs
- Work environment may include crowded spaces, loud noises, and low-level lighting
- 18 years or older
