Sodexo Live! has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Director at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) supporting the exclusive Chase Sapphire Lounge. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.
Venues and events don’t just bring people together, they create exceptional moments and lasting memories. Sodexo Live! provides hospitality services to airport lounges, stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, zoos, museums, and more.

What You'll Do
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

What You Bring
- a strong F&B background (restaurants/hotels/airport dining/upscale venues), with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new industry trends;
- experience working in a unionized environment and understanding CBAs;
- excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards;
- strong coaching and employee development skills; and

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 Years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
