Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods according to specifications.
- Conduct various tests and measurements using precision instruments, recording and analyzing results accurately.
- Document non‑conformances, quality issues, and corrective actions, maintaining comprehensive quality records.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for identified quality defects.
- Support the calibration program for measurement and test equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with quality control processes, inspection techniques, and non‑conformance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, analysis, and report generation (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP/QMS software systems (e.g., SAP, Master Control).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Internal auditor experience for ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
