We are looking for an experienced, motivated, expert Carpentry Crew Lead to lead one of our high-quality, creative outdoor woodwork teams doing decks, fences, pergolas and whatever we can imagine with our customers. Lotus Gardenscapes is committed to being a great place to work!
Responsibilities- Lead one of our outdoor woodwork teams (decks, fences, pergolas) and help deliver high-quality carpentry projects that meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the production manager, designers, and owner to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Minimum 5-7 years of full-time carpentry work, preferably in exterior/landscape projects including decks, fences and pergolas.
- At least 1-3 years leadership experience.
- You must be a trusted leader, able to handle yourself and your teams professionally, engage with clients, and work collaboratively with the production manager, designers, and owner.
- Clean driving record and drug-testing required.
