AHS Property Care Landscape Supply is seeking experienced, motivated, and responsible Landscaping Crew Leaders to join our Field Operations team. As a Crew Leader, you’ll be trusted to manage on-site landscaping projects, operate equipment, and guide your team to deliver high-quality work at residential and commercial properties. Lead a crew on residential and commercial landscaping projects from start to finish.

Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers.

Execute landscape maintenance, hardscape installations, and seasonal cleanups.

Ensure job sites are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards.

Train and support team members to maintain quality and productivity.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients as needed.

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and care.

Perform hands‑on landscaping work as needed.

Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, with proven ability to lead a crew.

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, maintenance practices, and equipment use.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.

No formal education or certifications required, but field knowledge is essential.
