KMG Prestige is seeking a Grounds Technician to join our team in Belleville, MI at Parkwood Manor I & II who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property.

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks to keep common areas, landscape, and exterior property appealing and safe.
• Safely operate lawn care and snow removal equipment.
• Respond to maintenance needs and assist with basic property upkeep as directed.
• Perform routine inspections and report safety hazards or repairs.

• Self-motivation and reliability
