Northern Michigan Surgical Suites is hiring a full time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager!

It is designed to give patients, friends and family a relaxing experience before, during and after the procedure. Northern Michigan Surgical Suites also provides a high ratio of medical staff to patients in order to provide the highest quality experience and attentive care.

Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at Northern Michigan Surgical Suites

Directs, coordinates and controls the multi‑disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager will be overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and ensuring high‑quality patient care. Responsible for interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center. Demonstrates the primary goal of providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred
  • Two (2) years of leadership experience in surgery management, including pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op care.
  • Current Michigan RN License
  • BLS & ACLS Certification required
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
