Director of Nursing

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee nursing services in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, and operational excellence.

$3500-$4250/week DOE

Days (5x8)

ASAP

• Oversee all nursing operations to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate resident care
• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Nurse Managers)
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including survey readiness
• Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and department operations
• Promote infection control, education, and staff development programs

• 3–5 years of nursing experience (

• Prior leadership/management experience in LTC (

• Associate Degree in Nursing (

• Active Michigan RN License
• CPR Certification (
