Shift Time8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Day to Day- Provide one-on-one occupational health care for employees.
- Assess, treat, and follow up on injuries and illnesses.
- Manage workers’ compensation cases and documentation.
- Oversee compliance programs (hearing conservation, blood borne pathogens, first responder program)
- Respond to respiratory and hazmat-related health situations.
- Coordinate care, determine return-to-work status, and set work restrictions.
- Collaborate with first responder teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Active Michigan RN license (multi-state/compact licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Occupational Health, ER, or Acute Care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- BLS certification required (ACLS or First Aid/CPR acceptable).
- Experience managing workplace injuries, workers’ compensation, and compliance programs.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and independent decision-making skills.
- No travel required; all work is on-site at Lake Odessa.
