• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resident medical records
• Respond to medical records requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all documentation and record‑keeping policies, including vitals
• Understand and practice proper infection control procedures
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Medical Records experience in a long‑term care setting (preferred) ART certification (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A service‑minded approach with a desire to keep learning
• A positive, can‑do attitude with dependable attendance
