• Full Time – 1st Shift
• Additional Pay: $3.40/hour Hero Pay
• 8‑Hour Shifts | 60‑Bed Facility

• Provide hands‑on resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Take and document vitals and required charting.
• Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately.

• Completed CNA/STNA and active state certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• A service‑minded attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependability and a positive, team‑focused mindset.
• Passion for supporting and improving residents’ quality of life.
