Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Clinic RN or LPN to provide daily clinical support for medical providers with primary responsibility for patient care-related tasks.
Responsibilities- Manages an assigned registry of patients to support preventative health goals and patient outcomes.
- Provides support and guidance to clinical staff.
- Works to improve the patient experience and increase provider productivity.
- Demonstrates advanced competency in clinical nursing.
- Provides nursing care within the scope of licensing.
- Ensures proper and efficient patient flow.
- Prepares patients for medical examinations and treatments.

Job Qualifications- State of Michigan unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Evidence of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
