Compensation& Benefits
- Starting wage: $19.15 per hour
- Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
- Yearly wage increases
- Start at $22.55 per hour on days

- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment.
- Perform and document patient care according to individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, daily hygiene, shaving, dressing, and related tasks.
- Record nutritional intake, vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weight, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as appropriate.
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current CNA license certification from the State of Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks efficiently.
