Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign On Bonus

Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 Full‑Time / $7,500 Part‑Time

Wages: up to $45.40/hr (including all incentives)

• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for nursing home guests.
• Supervise care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions.
• Assess guest health and notify the physician of changes in status; promptly implement new orders.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest’s condition and/or prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and development of a plan of care.

• 1–3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.
