ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments using approved nursing techniques and in compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during resident examinations and treatments
• Observe residents’ conditions, accurately document significant changes, and promptly notify the supervisor, physician, and family of reactions to medications, treatments, or notable incidents
• Obtain and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other indicators to assess resident condition and identify deviations from normal
• Assign duties and coordinate nursing services on the unit to ensure resident care needs are met in alignment with physician directives and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor on nursing issues and interpretation of facility policies to ensure continuity and quality of care.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• 2+ Years Experience in LTC, SNF, or Med Surg setting
• BLS AHA
• MI License
