Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our well-established Neurology Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and support our Medical Staff in delivering high quality healthcare services. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with neurological disorders, including Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and other neurological conditions.

• Provides evidence‑based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs.
• Works alongside the Physician to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and non‑pharmacologic interventions.
• Examines and treats chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, and provides referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
• Conducts regular follow‑up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and support.
• Performs comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

• Master’s degree in nursing with formal Nurse Practitioner Certification; licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience preferred.
• Active listener, effective communicator, knowledge of group dynamics, and ability to both be a team member and a team builder.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
