• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education for residents.
• Supervise care provided by CNAs/STAAs and other team members.
• Administer safe and accurate medication interventions.
• Assess residents’ health and notify physicians of status changes; promptly implement new orders.
• Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and development of care plans.

• 1‑3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Current LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification.
