Compensation & Schedule

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time)

• Full Time: Day and Night Shifts

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and complete treatments as required

• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role)

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• Current RN or LPN License

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations

• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset
