Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state‑of‑the‑art 72‑bed facility that offers evidence‑based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by providing an integrated medicine approach that includes yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary assignment.

This position is a Temporary Assignment for 16,S weeks on 12‑hour shifts, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months. As a temporary position this is not eligible for benefits, so we offer a premium pay rate of $70 per hour. The role requires prior psychiatric‑specific experience. Current employees of UHS are not eligible.

• Complete nurse‑to‑nurse assessment with other healthcare facilities and esercate contact with Internal Medicine as needed.
• Complete internal nursing assessments.
• Be competent in assessing, planning and delivering care for patients with co‑occurring disorders.
• The nurse continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
• Participate with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
• Work with both adult and adolescent populations.

Full Time, 3 12‑hour shifts per week, 7 pm to 7:30 am for night shift, including an every‑other weekend rotation.
