You will earn:
Earn over $22.05 to start! PLUS $6,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time, and $3,000 for Part Time!

• Starting wage $17.15 per hour

• 8‑hour shifts – All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Part‑time & full‑time positions available
• All shifts available

• You will perform and document patient care following individualized care plans, including bathing and all activities of daily living such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition to your nursing team.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• You have completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
• Current CNA Nursing Assistant certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done.
