• Nursing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (8‑hour evening shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1400–$1500

• Active Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long Term Care (LTC), or Medical‑Surgical (Med Surg) nursing
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Completed skills checklist (within 1 year of submission)
• Recent work history/resume
• Professional references preferred (required during onboarding if not provided)
• License verification

• Provide exceptional patient care and compassionate service to long term care residents
• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe healthcare environment and follow facility policies
• Supervise and mentor certified nursing assistants and clinical support staff
• Document nursing care and communicate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Comply with Michigan State Nurse Practice Act and healthcare standards
• Demonstrate flexibility with nursing schedules and adapt to facility needs
