Somnia Anesthesia, a physician‑owned and clinician‑led anesthesia group, is looking for CRNAs to join our growing all‑CRNA team at My Michigan Medical Center‑Tawas in Michigan.

• Per Diem rate: $140/hour
• Medical professional liability insurance

• My Michigan Medical Center Tawas | Tawas City, MI
• 4 ORs, 1 C‑Section OR, 1 MPR
• 47 beds
• 2,500 cases per year
• General, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, plastics | No heads, no hearts.
• Call is 1:2 (facility runs 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule)
• Typical day: 7 am – 3 pm
• CRNA‑only facility (surgeon supervised)
• Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off! This 50‑bed hospital is in rural northeast Michigan in Tawas City.
• This facility is an all‑CRNA model allowing the CRNAS to practice independently.
• There are approximately 200 deliveries a year.

• Active MI license
• Board certification required.
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
