• A current Michigan RN license, in good standing (non‑negotiable).
• Prior leadership experience—ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Supervisor.
• Strong LTC/geriatric care knowledge with a rehab/restorative mindset.
• Leadership skills that bring calm to chaos and confidence to the team.
• Solid communication skills—written, verbal, a little humor helps.
• Comfortable with basic tech and EMR—we’ll teach the rest.
• Able to meet health, drug screening, background, and physical exam requirements.
