Director of Fund Development & Engagement
Are you a relationship-builder and experienced grant writer who's passionate about growing strong businesses and communities? Northern Lakes Economic Alliance (NLEA) is hiring a Director of Fund Development & Engagement to lead donor relations, fundraising strategy, and engagement for our regional economic development organization.
In this role, you will:- Develop and execute annual fundraising and donor engagement strategies
- Cultivate and steward investors/donors, and philanthropic partners
- Lead grant research, writing, and reporting
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement
- Oversee events and sponsorship development
- 5+ years of relevant experienc
- Strong relationship-building and communication skill
- Proven success securing donations, sponsor ships, and grants
- Passion for strengthening regional economic and community vitalit
