This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Director based in Bloomfield Hills, MI. The Marketing Director will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. Responsibilities include market planning, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to align marketing initiatives. The individual will lead the marketing team and play a critical role in developing strategies for customer engagement, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining the company's reputation for quality and innovation.

• Proficient in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Marketing strategy development
• Skilled in Market Research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs
• Experience in Marketing and Sales coordination to ensure strategic alignment
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Must be well versed in Dutchie & Weedmaps
• Experience with in the cannabis industry is a plus
