We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable individual for the full-time Production Worker position in our Production Department
.

As a member of the Production team, you will help create Josh’s Frogs’ extensive line of soils, substrates, supplements, and other dry goods. Primary responsibilities include measuring, mixing, and packaging products. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about creating new products, understand the importance of providing high-quality goods for our customers, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM OR Sunday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM)
• This position requires the use of a respirator, as well as completion of respirator fit testing and respirator safety training in accordance with OSHA standards
• $16.00/hour starting wages
• Measure, Mix, and Package Products:
  Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance with safety standards
• Inspect Products for Quality:
  Review finished goods to verify they meet company specifications before packaging and shipment
• Label and Prepare Orders:
  Accurately label and prepare products for distribution, including FBA and third-party shipments
• Maintain Documentation:
  Record production data, update spreadsheets, and assist in creating or revising SOPs and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Support FBA Fulfillment:
  Assist with palletizing, labeling, wrapping, and staging shipments, as well as producing items needed to complete orders

For this position, you MUST possess:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• A sense of urgency and the ability to complete assignments efficiently without compromising quality
• The ability to successfully complete and pass respirator fit testing
• Adherence to the respirator clean-shaven policy, ensuring a proper skin-to-mask seal in accordance with safety requirements

• Production/manufacturing experience
• Assembly line experience
