Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

• Direct and optimize all daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently.

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3‑5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop operational budgets, and achieve key performance indicators.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a commitment to fostering a safety‑first and quality‑driven culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Demonstrated experience leading major capital expenditure projects ($5M+)
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management
