Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and relevant safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for production planning and control.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Multilingual capabilities relevant to the workforce or international operations.
