Welder - Caledonia Area

Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine specifications.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, adherence to specifications, and structural integrity.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures according to engineering drawings.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Measure and cut metal materials accurately using various cutting tools.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
• Ability to inspect finished welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
• AWS certification or equivalent professional welding certification.

• Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, Stick, Flux‑Cored Arc Welding)
• Proficiency in basic metal fabrication techniques (cutting, grinding, fitting, layout)
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics
• Experience with quality control procedures or visual inspection of welds
