Key Responsibilities- Perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine specifications.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, adherence to specifications, and structural integrity.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures according to engineering drawings.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Measure and cut metal materials accurately using various cutting tools.
- Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
- Ability to inspect finished welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
- AWS certification or equivalent professional welding certification.
- Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, Stick, Flux‑Cored Arc Welding)
- Proficiency in basic metal fabrication techniques (cutting, grinding, fitting, layout)
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics
- Experience with quality control procedures or visual inspection of welds
