Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Operate various welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, defects, and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to design.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) across various materials
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics
• AWS certification (e.g., D1.1, D1.2) or equivalent verifiable experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial welding environments
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards

• Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, Stick)
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting complex fabrication drawings
• Demonstrated fabrication skills including cutting, fitting, and grinding
• Forklift or overhead crane certification
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection methods
