Salary Range: $41,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components using welding techniques.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Grind, cut, and prepare metal surfaces for welding, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical ability to perform welding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions.
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, or equivalent).

• Experience with basic fabrication equipment (e.g., grinders, saws, press brakes).
• Ability to perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
• Forklift or overhead crane operator certification.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
