Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, proper penetration, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to design specifications.
• Grind, deburr, and finish welded products to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding and adherence to welding safety protocols and quality standards
• AWS certification or equivalent industry‑recognized welding qualification

• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification.
• Experience operating advanced fabrication equipment (e.g., plasma cutters, press brakes).
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading complex engineering blueprints or schematics.
