Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine welding specifications.
• Operate various welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components according to precise standards.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts by cutting, shaping, and welding materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and integrity, identifying and correcting defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of welding equipment and tools.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company regulations, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Measure and cut materials accurately using saws, grinders, and other tools in preparation for welding.

• AWS D1.1 or equivalent welding certifications.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated ability to weld various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Experience with advanced welding processes (e.g., TIG, Robotic Welding).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and welding symbols.
• Experience welding a variety of material types (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, exotic alloys).
• Ability to perform basic fitting, grinding, and fabrication tasks.
• Familiarity with NDT (Non‑Destructive Testing) methods and visual inspection criteria.
