Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including performance management.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of quality control systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 solutions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
