• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting as needed.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to design specifications.

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical dexterity, stamina, and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS Certified Welder).

• Experience with TIG welding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to weld various metal types (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum).
• Forklift certification or experience operating overhead cranes.
• Basic understanding of weld inspection techniques and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication blueprints.
