Quality Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing

The purpose of this position is to serve as a hands‑on Production Quality Engineer and Launch Quality leader within injection molding operations. This role ensures product quality and process stability by actively supporting daily manufacturing, resolving issues in real time, and establishing robust controls during new product launches. The position drives defect prevention, continuous improvement, and adherence to customer and internal quality requirements.

• Actively work on the production floor solving quality issues as they arise.

  Support both Production Quality Engineering and Launch Quality initiatives.
• Work directly with Quality Manager:
  Partner closely with the Quality Manager to implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality initiatives.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and injection molding processes; prior hands‑on experience is a plus but not required.
