Couturier Iron Craft, Inc. is an Architectural Decorative/Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator that is seeking an experienced Pricing/Takeoff Estimator.

• 3-5 years of experience working with architectural, ornamental & miscellaneous metal projects.
• Possess prior fabrication experience to enable accurate labor estimates.
• The ability to read and understand specifications, sketches and blueprints including architectural and contractor drawings.
• The ability to prepare detailed takeoffs from architectural and other various drawings.
• The ability to estimate required labor hours and materials necessary to fabricate and install ornamental and miscellaneous metal fabrications.
• Knowledge of stairs and railings.
• Knowledge of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, shapes and alloys.
• Knowledge of metal connections and weldments.
• Knowledge of railing systems.
• Experience using on-line plan rooms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Have excellent communication skills as well as be a great team player.

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000.

• Construction Estimating: 1 year. (Preferred).
