Full‑Time – Hourly, Non‑Exempt (40 hours/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals). Located in Bad Axe, MI.

• Uses macro program on machine for job assigned by leader
• Selects steel of proper size, inserts into machine, indicates no tolerance
• Arranges tools in machine in order they will be ran
• Runs program until finished; checks that machines sizes agree with print specifications
• Documents time spent for each order on daily time ticket for tracking and cost analysis

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience
• Computer skills
• Ability to complete basic math functions
• Ability to analyze information and report research results
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills
• The ability to be creative, innovative, detail oriented, and work independently
