Our company is searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill a role with our Shipping/Receiving Team.

• Pulling and staging outbound orders
• Packaging to meet transit specifications while ensuring quality of inbound and outbound materials
• Working cross‑department to meet on‑time ship requirements

• Loading and unloading freight for inbound/outbound transit
• Ensuring products are packaged and properly protected during shipment
• Maintaining shipping documentation (bill of lading, packing lists, etc.)
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety and housekeeping policies
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained and in proper working order
• Utilizing equipment to transfer material and product to locations and scanning all product for shipment
• Seeking continuous improvements within the shipping department
• Demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills with a variety of people
• Ability to lead and direct others with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Capability to continuously lift, walk, bend, reach, push and pull as required

• Pass in‑house forklift certification and training requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow written job instructions
• Previous shipping experience
• Must be able to meet and maintain a forklift certification as directed by MIOSHA guidelines
